Just Fine Naturally

 Hello all,


I have been a little MIA from my blog but I plan to pick it back up💓. Hoping all naturals and non naturals are doing lovely. I've noticed in the natural hair community some women feel as if they must have an acceptance for being natural. For example, I've seen a woman grow her hair twice as fast within a year compared to a woman whose hair only grew 3 cm within a year. I have also seen women defining what is considered "good hair" such as curly tresses and not kinky. In the natural hair community you must be able to understand there is no acceptance within others but yourself. You must become comfortable with your curl pattern and hair type. Some women feed into the stigmas that being natural is to grow longer hair in which it's purpose is to just BE NATURAL 

As a Naturalista you must understand you are your own natural. Enjoy this beautiful poem created and written by me...called Just Fine Naturally

Just Fine Naturally

These coils and kinks that tickle my ears
Hydrated in the finest oils and embraced by the finest creams
My hair is magical
Full of life and expression
Hair so defined it follows my directions
Rebellious it can be on my laziest days
But it will stay my hair till the ends of days
Cherish my own because there is no other
I may not be in the magazine 
but every Natural is me
From 4C to 3A 
I celebrate the liberation of my coils
to be free and limitless
perfect comfortable with
just fine naturally

  Hey Curlies,✨ I hope you all have been hanging in there. We are now in the 2nd quarter of 2025. I am hoping 2025 continues to be good for all of us. Spring is officially here! I am getting used to warmer days even though my allergies are unpredictable. When I think of spring time I think of the return of life!   Hey Curlies,✨ I hope you all had a productive week. This week is very steady for me and challenging with ongoing demands. This week's blog post I wanted to talk about technology and mental health. I know there are so many articles about how bad technology is for your mental health. I want to talk about the good and bad. Since my Facebook account was hacked in 2023 I have had less Facebook friends. It has also been nearly impossible to keep track of old clients.
