March Into Natural Hair Confidence

 Hello Everyone,


My birthday month was last month in which I rocked this protective style.



 I adore crochet braids so much! They save time, month, and my patience lol. As a natural hair woman we tend to run out of styles or may forget we can switch it up every now and then. I view so much natural hair content and I am finding Black women, mixed women, and women period...are learning to love themselves genuinely. A recent New York Times Article stated that women in Egypt are ditching the conservative straight look and going with the curly look. I am so amazed the impact we all have on each other. Natural Divinity Products is glowing and growing with new products, clients, and deals. I appreciate all the love and support truly my business started as a personal thought now it is shared amongst others in different cities and countries. I'm no millionaire yet but everyone that believes in my potential makes me feel like one already. 

This month's Blog is about Marching into Confidence. Too many times I'm seeing women who have short hair or not a desired hair type lack the love and care it needs. What I mean is people are concerned on admiring long and curly hair types over their own. I'm stating it's ok to show each other some love. Short hair is just as beautiful as long hair. Kinky hair is just as amazing as Curly hair. In our own natural hair type is where we find confidence to strut or natural tresses. No matter what other people may say or think. This month my State's Governor Ned Lamont voted and passed The Crown Act. The Crown Act allows women to wear natural and ethnic hairstyles in the workplace without discrimination. To many that should've been a born given right but the world we live in said not quite. I am currently wearing my hair in Marley Twists to take a stand. We can be professional with Sengalese twist. We can close the deal with Corn rows and we can deposit the check with Crochet braids. The time is now 2021 to live in confidence no matter whose opinion. Our locs, twists, bantu knots, fros, crochets, & more are the future and will continue to symbolize the creative innovation of Black Hairstyles. So stay confident own your look inside and out!

  Hey Curlies,✨ I hope you all had a productive week. This week is very steady for me and challenging with ongoing demands. This week's blog post I wanted to talk about technology and mental health. I know there are so many articles about how bad technology is for your mental health. I want to talk about the good and bad. Since my Facebook account was hacked in 2023 I have had less Facebook friends. It has also been nearly impossible to keep track of old clients. This has left a little hardship on me as a business owner and my personal life. The good I have noticed is I have lessen some of my death scrolling and internet use.
