Release, Reflect, Relax: A Black Female Entrepreneur Journey to Balance✨

Hey Curlies and All!

I am back to Blogging. I had to prioritize my time and give myself much needed rest. As the business owner of Natural Divinity Product✨ I understand it can be a lot at times. I am the promoter, marketer, distributer, worker, manager, and every other title my business needs. It is stated that the first five years of your business is a struggle to get it off the ground. I am focused on prioritizing Natural Divinity Products growth and influence within the business world. With that being said I am learning balance is constantly needed for growth.

A good song lyric I cling to is Que Sara Sara! What ever will be will be... I am still learning what ever happens...happens! Be okay with no result, some results, or all results. This has helped me find balance in knowing when to show myself some grace for all I do. This leads me to my first step which is RELEASE

Release

Be so comfortable that you are able to let go. You work so hard and even myself as a business owner I need to release. As I release from certain duties I try not to feel guilt or stress that I can do so much more. Releasing is necessary because it gives you time to balance out what your role in working is and who you are as a person. Releasing can also help with creativity, because most of my creativity comes from when I am comfortable and in a safespace. When I make Natural Divinity Products I release as well😊 I usually pay music while making orders and let the aromas of the hair products take me to a place of innovation. Last week I released by not cooking just ordered out and prioritized my night with my family. Releasing is also allowing myself a time to be bored (It's OKAY to be BORED my cat does it all the time with his nonchalant nature😻). I also learned to release more from social media, self doubt. and unfulfilled connections. When releasing and getting back to you as a person you soon learn to REFLECT

Reflect

When you give yourself time to reflect you boost your optimism and gain appreciation for how far you have come🥰. I tend to reflect on how I even created Natural Divinity Products. How far my sales have increased and the new clients I receive. Also I reflect on the continuous clients that support Natural Divinity Products year after year. I understand I am grateful for all the blessings I receive no matter the size. As a business owner reflecting is needed for balance ☯ you have to celebrate how far you have come and where you are going will seem limitless. A lot of time as business owners or in general people become wrapped in roles and don't provide enough balance to reflect on what makes us the person to handle those roles. Once you have given your self time to reflect now it's time to RELAX

Relax

As a Black Female business owner you must accept how you continue to triumph and overcome obstacles.💟 Balance helps you understand after all the working it's time to relax! Acknowledge and take care of yourself, understand you cannot pour from an empty cup. Recharge by doing things you enjoy or even pamper yourself. Using my hair care products is relaxing to me, because I give my hair the TLC it needs. When I took the week off of my entrepreneur duties I relaxed with my family. It definitely helped me feel restored and revitalized me to slay again as the owner of Natural Divinity Products✨.
