Hey Curlies✨

It's been a while! I had to take a mini break due to all the things I am handling that are out of my control. I am continuously learning that things need to fall apart to come together. I have a clean slate I am able to write the next chapter in my story and it will definitely be a good one. Now let's get into this week's Blogpost: Uniquely Together. People in media love to say "we are in this together", "we are all the same", and "our differences state us apart". I need you to understand that yes we are all different even though we look the same. Our genetic makeup may be completely different even though we may be close relatives. I'm here to tell you that our differences is what makes us unique. We all have a story to tell and people would love to hear! Sometimes the world tries to tear us apart. All the prejudices and expectations could not tell me who you really are as a human being. Only you can truly let me know. I have three special recommendations to help you understand you are not alone in this world and we are ALL UNIQUELY in this TOGETHER✨

SHARE YOUR STORY- Your personal story makes you special. Everyone that supports and loves you would like to hear from you. One of my favorite quotes is "Vulnerability is your super power". Share something embarrassing, heartfelt, or appealing. I would like to share that it has been hard for me to be social in certain environments. Nowadays when I go out I am mostly to myself because I don't want negative energy around me. If I hear people gossiping and hating I have to eventually leave that area because it's too toxic for my wellbeing. I understand we all fall short but as an empath I can eventually take on the emotions of others easily. I hope to be more open but it's hard in today's world. I feel the weirdos, odd-blongs, and free spirits are literally in hiding from everyone else because at times we are not socially accepted. This story is personal to me and I know someone who is uniquely different from me may have the same story.

SHARED INTERESTS- Togetherness is all about shared interests and dislikes. When people come together they share interest in the same things. Some of those things can be that you all like to talk about the latest anime shows or you all like to read small business books. The list can go on and on. People can also be attracted to how different you are from them. This uniqueness that you have can cause others to work on areas of themselves. A simple shared interest that I have with my friends is we are all are goal oriented. We all see ourselves working towards our greatest potential.

WORK TOGETHER- Everyone's uniqueness makes them an asset. You all are needed. In college and at work most successful companies/colleges have a blend of employees. The blend of employees is set up by design. Employers know in order to find an innovative solution you must have different ideas coming from different people. When you have different backgrounds, mindsets, and ideologies you can create solutions to problems.
