Respectfully, Love Doesn't Live Here Anymore

It has been a brutal winter. A lot of shedding skin and coming to terms with what life has in store for me and Natural Divinity Products. January is a time where a lot of people may come to face with setbacks, mishaps, and acceptance. Acceptance for the person you are and the person you are to become. As February (my birth month) is approaching understand who and what you give your love to. Make sure that love is reciprocated and meaningful. This love originally has to come from you. You must give yourself time away from things and people who do not serve you purpose. When reaching success you must be able to shed old thinking patterns. Tonight’s Blogspot post is titled, Respectfully, Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore!💘

Time to show them your love isn’t here to stay and it is earned not given. Here are three suggestions on how to effectively show them Respectfully, Love Doesn’t Live Here Anymore.

 

1 Boundaries- Everyone has them, but do you know them. If a person cannot respect your boundaries when expressed, they do not deserve your energy. An example of a good boundary is letting a person know you don’t like when they force you into settings that make you uncomfortable. Don’t be afraid to use your voice. Speak up!

2 Disrespect- Disrespect can be passive not just negative! You must use your discernment to make sure it is truly disrespect or a misunderstanding. Remember it’s only so much disrespect you can take.

3 Take Space or Take Flight- If you enjoy your tribe give yourself space to clear your thoughts. Redefine your beliefs of what a healthy relationship looks like. If they don’t define a healthy relationship take flight. Remember you time and energy is precious everyone should not have complete access to you.

June 1, 2024 I attended the 1000 Girls Leading Event in Bridgeport, CT. It was amazing and empowering.   Hey Curlies,✨ I hope you all had a productive week. This week is very steady for me and challenging with ongoing demands. This week's blog post I wanted to talk about technology and mental health. I know there are so many articles about how bad technology is for your mental health. I want to talk about the good and bad. Since my Facebook account was hacked in 2023 I have had less Facebook friends. It has also been nearly impossible to keep track of old clients. This has left a little hardship on me as a business owner and my personal life. The good I have noticed is I have lessen some of my death scrolling and internet use.
