Hair Do Me Over: Repair and Reset

Hey Curlies,  ✨️
It's another Natural Divinity Products Blogspot post! Things have been rocky but not enough that I can't handle. I'm finally willing to let my natural hair glow in the summer breeze ☀️. This weekend I plan to color and trim my hair to stay fresh. A new trim will help my hair grow and color will take care of the minimal greys. Time to whip up some hair cream to give my hair some ultimate nutrients.👑☺️ Resetting and repairing you hair isn't such a bad thing. Forgetting about your hair and not treating can lead to a bad thing! I have 9 steps on how you can get a hair do me over by repairing and resetting your hair to a much healthier state. Now let's shed those split ends and begin.☺️
Here’s a summarized 9-step guide on how to repair and reset natural hair:

1. Clarify Your Hair
Use a clarifying shampoo to remove buildup from products, oils, and hard water. This preps your hair for deeper treatment.😌
✨️Clarifying Shampoo: Tea's Deepwash Shampoo Peppermint Scent

2. Deep Condition Regularly
Apply a rich, moisturizing deep conditioner weekly to restore hydration and elasticity.👑
✨️Deep Conditioner: Tea's DeepMoisture Conditioner

3. Trim Damaged Ends
Cut off split or heat-damaged ends to prevent breakage and encourage healthy growth.✂️

4. Incorporate Protein Treatments
Use protein treatments (every 4–6 weeks) to strengthen weak, brittle hair and restore structure.🥑
✨️Protein Treatment: Leafy Greens Therapeutic Hair Mask

5. Moisturize Consistently
Follow the LOC or LCO method (Liquid, Oil, Cream) to seal in moisture and prevent dryness.💧
✨️Replace cream with Rose Royce Hair Gel

6. Protective Styling
Use low-manipulation styles like braids, twists, or buns to reduce stress on your strands.👩🏿‍🦱👩🏾‍🦱👩‍🦱
✨️Recommended style: Space buns wash and go

7. Avoid Heat and Harsh Chemicals
Minimize or eliminate heat styling and relaxers to prevent further damage.🔥
✨️Apply any one of Natural Divinity Products Hair oils/serums or heat protectant spray

8. Scalp Care
Keep your scalp clean and stimulated with gentle massages and light oils (like tea tree or peppermint).🧴
✨️Natural Divinity Products oil: Tea's Hair Growth Oil Serum

9. Be Consistent and Patient
Stick to your routine, track progress, and give your hair time to recover and thrive.✨️
