It's another blogspot post! I've been maintaining and trying to remain levelheaded. Times are hard but people are HARDER! Some days are better than most, but I can't complain I am blessed. I'm blessed to keep going and even when I'm not at my best I somehow aim to maintain the focus. As a Black woman in America it feels like the weight of the world at times. Constantly mislabeled, overlabeled, and underlabeled. Meanwhile as humans we are more focused than I could even imagine. Where do we go from here?! This is just a small increment of my mess. I love my mess though. It's all mine! During these super fixated and focused times I have learned to embrace my messy hair on days where all I can is say well done! My messy hair should be celebrated by me of course. It has character, spunk, and holds it all in together. I am getting used to warmer days even though my allergies are unpredictable. When I think of spring time I think of the return of life!   Hey Curlies,✨ I hope you all had a productive week. This week is very steady for me and challenging with ongoing demands. This week's blog post I wanted to talk about technology and mental health. I know there are so many articles about how bad technology is for your mental health. I want to talk about the good and bad. Since my Facebook account was hacked in 2023 I have had less Facebook friends. It has also been nearly impossible to keep track of old clients.
